We collect personal data only where you choose to give it to us, principally through the enquiry forms on this site.

|---|---|---|
| Name, business email, company name, telephone number, and any details you enter in the message or requirement fields | Enquiry forms | To respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and correspond about a possible engagement |

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information or confidential third-party information in an enquiry form. Commercially confidential information should be exchanged only after a mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months from our last contact, so that we can pick up the conversation if you return. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a minimum of six years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting obligations. Technical and security logs are retained for a short period consistent with our providers’ standard settings.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to your personal data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to request erasure; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability where applicable; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Where you interact with an enquiry form, our forms provider may set cookies necessary to operate the form, protect it from automated abuse, and associate a submission with your previous enquiries. Spam protection on the forms is provided by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may prevent the enquiry forms from working.
The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections and protected by security headers including a content security policy. Access to our systems is protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
Payment security notice: we never publish bank details on this website and will never send you unsolicited changes to payment instructions. If you receive any communication appearing to come from us that asks you to send funds to new account details, do not act on it — contact us directly on a number or address you already hold to verify.
We operate between the United Kingdom and Asia, and some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses together with appropriate additional measures.
